I had a good time at this hotel and would come here again. It was reasonably clean, breakfast was delicious and amazing. My room was airy & new-fashioned and overlooked garden. The bed was very clean, I slept like a child. The staff were helpful, peaceful and perfect location in front garden. Dined at Happy Gathering, it was relatively close to the venue.

Everything is fairly clean and excellent. It has marvellous setting close to the Trams making all parts of Blackpool very easy to reach. They offer unique, new-fashioned rooms with lovely four poster bed which was so comfy, nice added touches, as example. Have to say I appreciated delicious and absolutely fantastic breakfast.

The room was a nice size, also it had smoke detectors. Coffee & tea makers, a fridge, and glassware worked well. The setting was perfect, really close to a tram stop, which is away from all the hustle and bustle of the "grim " parts of Blackpool, park and the seafront and trams. Also, an art gallery was 2 km away.

The small double room I stayed in was great-sized and brand-new with the loveliest touches. The hotel has unbeatable location short walk to a tram stop, which is away from all the hustle and bustle of the "grim " parts of Blackpool and a tram or bus. Moreover, it was 3 km from a 154m-high tower.
