The small double room I stayed in was great-sized and brand-new with the loveliest touches. The hotel has unbeatable location short walk to a tram stop, which is away from all the hustle and bustle of the "grim " parts of Blackpool and a tram or bus. Moreover, it was 3 km from a 154m-high tower.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay of next visit, recommend this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, the staff was excellent, the grounds were overall clean. The location was peaceful and perfect, and we could reach Gynn Square by walking.
